A highly regarded international law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level to join its Adelaide practice.
This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with a solid background in commercial property who is looking to work on sophisticated matters within a collaborative, well-supported team, while continuing to build long-term career momentum.
About the Team
The Real Estate team advises on a wide range of property matters across Australia and internationally, supporting clients on transactions involving acquisitions and disposals, leasing arrangements, development projects and property structuring.
The practice is particularly well known for its work on complex development projects and title-related issues, providing practical and strategic advice to help clients progress projects efficiently while managing risk.
Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will be exposed to high-quality matters across multiple asset classes and play a key role in delivering commercially focused outcomes for clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Advising on commercial real estate transactions, including sales, acquisitions and leasing
· Assisting on development projects and complex property matters
· Drafting and negotiating transaction and leasing documentation
· Managing matters efficiently with a strong commercial focus
· Working directly with clients and external stakeholders
· Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
About You
· Experience in commercial real estate law, including transactions and leasing
· Exposure to development work and titling matters will be highly regarded
· Strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
· Confident communicator who enjoys working closely with clients
· Desire for long-term career growth within a global firm environment
