A leading property and development practice is seeking a Lawyer with 2–4 years’ post-admission experience to join its real estate team in Melbourne.
The role involves working within a large, high-performing team on a diverse mix of property transactions, including commercial office, industrial and retail leasing, property acquisitions and disposals, land titling and subdivisions, and property development matters, including off-the-plan sales for commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Acting on commercial, industrial and retail leasing matters
· Assisting with property acquisitions and disposals
· Supporting land titling, subdivisions and development projects
· Working on off-the-plan sales for commercial, residential and mixed-use developments
· Drafting, reviewing and negotiating property-related legal documentation
· Liaising with clients, consultants and stakeholders
· Assisting senior lawyers on complex property transactions
· Conducting legal research and supporting transactional execution
· Ensuring accuracy and compliance across all property documentation
About You
· 2–4 years post-admission experience
· Strong property law experience within a corporate or commercial legal environment
· Experience across developments, leasing and property transactions
· Familiarity with PEXA and Duties Online
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· High level of attention to detail
· Strong analytical and commercial acumen
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Strong commitment to client service and legal excellence
