We are partnering with a top-tier commercial law firm to recruit a high-performing Associate for their leading Technology, Communications & Commercial team.
This team works with high-profile clients across the digital, media, telecommunications, and technology sectors, advising on complex transactions and cutting-edge regulatory issues. You will be joining a collaborative group of lawyers known for their market-leading expertise in tech procurement, digital platforms, outsourcing, and commercial agreements.

What you’ll be doing:
- Advising on the procurement and supply of technology, digital services, and telecommunications solutions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts, including outsourcing, SaaS, and platform agreements
- Advising on digital and telecommunications regulation, privacy, and data use
- Supporting clients in the media, broadcasting, and communications sectors
- Working across jurisdictions on matters involving global clients and legal teams
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years’ PQE in technology and commercial law, ideally from a top-tier or international firm
- Strong drafting, communication, and commercial analysis skills
- Experience advising clients on complex tech deals and regulatory compliance
- Exposure to digital, telecom, or media sectors is highly desirable
- Confident, proactive mindset with a strong commitment to client service
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across offices
