Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of Workers’ Compensation matters with autonomy and precision
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Collaborate and support team members to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in Workers’ Compensation law
- Admitted to practice law in New South Wales
- Profound knowledge of Workers’ Compensation legislation and case law
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
