Our Client, an established and highly regarded firm, is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Leasing Paralegal to join their Sydney-based property team. This full-time, permanent position will see you working closely with experienced professionals on a wide range of retail leasing matters.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and prepare leasing documents, letters, and other property-related correspondence.
- Liaise directly with clients, tenants, and legal representatives regarding lease matters.
- Maintain and strengthen professional relationships through prompt and clear communication.
- Support team members across general administrative tasks and legal processes.
- Ensure compliance with lodgement and registration procedures, including PEXA.
- Prioritise tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Who You Are
- An experienced paralegal with a background in commercial or retail leasing.
- Detail-driven – you produce accurate documentation and take pride in getting things right.
- Confident communicator – you’re clear, personable, and client-focused.
- Organised and efficient – you handle multiple tasks with ease and keep deadlines on track.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with digital conveyancing platforms.
- A team player who’s always ready to support colleagues and contribute to shared success.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar leasing paralegal role, ideally within a property law team.
- Understanding of commercial/retail leasing procedures and PEXA requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent document preparation and formatting abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a professional setting.
