Legal Assistant – Insurance Litigation

Location: Brisbane CBD

We are recruiting on behalf of our Client, a global law firm with a strong presence in Australia and a rapidly growing Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Legal Assistant to join a high-performing insurance litigation team and contribute to the seamless running of a busy practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide litigation support, including drafting legal and claims documents
  • Manage legal files, client correspondence, and monitor shared inboxes
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence from dictation or notes
  • Oversee billing and invoicing through to payment; file court documents electronically

About You

  • Experienced legal secretary or assistant, ideally in litigation or insurance
  • Skilled in billing processes and proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Strong communicator and team player
