About the Role:
As a Legal Secretary in the CTP team, you will provide critical support to a team of lawyers working on related personal injury matters. Your key duties will include:
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings
- File and document management (electronic and hard copy)
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical providers, and courts
- Monthly billing and general administrative support

About You:
- Previous experience (atleast 2 years) as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant, ideally in insurance or personal injury law
- Proficient with legal document management systems and MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and client service orientation
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment
