We’re working with a highly regarded national law firm that continues to grow due to strong client demand. Their Adelaide office is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the team on a full-time basis.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing electronic filing systems and organising documents
- Drafting and preparing legal correspondence and court documents
- Handling court filings, service of documents, and compiling e-briefs
- Coordinating medical appointments and expert engagements
- Supporting the billing process, including e-billing and expense entry
- Arranging interstate travel and managing diaries
- Opening and closing matters with precision
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders with professionalism
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally in litigation
- Strong document management and formatting skills
- Confidence in working with billing systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- A team player who’s willing to go the extra mile to support the broader team
- Professional, friendly, and solutions-focused attitude
