What You’ll Do
- Provide legal and administrative support to a team of medical negligence lawyers.
- Manage file preparation, correspondence, and client communications.
- Assist with court documents, discovery, and briefing counsel.
- Maintain calendars, coordinate appointments, and manage deadlines.
- Contribute to a supportive and client-focused work environment.
Who You Are
- An experienced legal secretary – ideally with 3–7 years’ experience in plaintiff personal injury, particularly medical negligence or similar areas.
- Highly organised – You’re comfortable managing multiple tasks and tight timelines.
- Client-focused – You bring empathy and professionalism to every interaction.
- Team-oriented – You enjoy working closely with others and contributing to team success.
- Tech-savvy – Confident using legal practice management systems and MS Office.
Requirements
- 3–7 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in personal injury law
- Experience in medical negligence or related practice areas preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and file management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
