Nrol has partnered up with a leading Personal Injury firm based in Melbourne, currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Legal Secretary with prior experience in this practice area to join their team. As a key member of the firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting partners and solicitors in managing their caseload efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Drafting various correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Arranging meetings and travel logistics
- Maintaining electronic files and documents
- Providing timely updates to clients on the progress of their cases
- Coordinating with Barristers and other external parties
- Assisting in the drafting of legal pleadings and briefs
- Preparing matters for settlement negotiations
- Drafting settlement documentation
- Handling billing tasks
- Collaborating closely with Solicitors to streamline daily operations within the department
