Are you a passionate and client-focused lawyer with experience in Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims? We’re currently partnering with several well-established plaintiff law firms across Sydney and Western Sydney (Parramatta), who are actively seeking lawyers with 2+ years’ PQE to join their growing Personal Injury teams

Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of MVA and related personal injury claims
- Advising clients on liability, damages, and claim processes
- Preparing court documents, negotiating settlements, and advocating for clients
- Working closely with senior lawyers and support teams to deliver strong outcomes
- Attending mediations and liaising with insurers and third parties
About You
- At least 2 years post-admission experience in MVA or broader personal injury law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong file management skills and attention to detail
- A client-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
- NSW practising certificate and current legal qualifications
