We are partnering with law firms across Sydney to connect Paralegals interested in medical negligence, supporting practitioners with complex litigation matters and assisting clients through sensitive legal proceedings. About the Role
Depending on experience and seniority, responsibilities may include:
· Assisting lawyers with medical negligence matters and day-to-day file management
· Drafting legal correspondence, court documents and other legal materials
· Liaising with clients, medical professionals and external experts
· Reviewing medical records and organising supporting evidence
· Conducting legal research and preparing briefs and documentation
· Assisting with court proceedings and coronial inquest preparation
About You
· Previous paralegal experience, preferably in litigation or personal injury
· Strong legal drafting, research and organisational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail
· Empathetic and professional approach when dealing with clients
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital file management
