We’re partnering with a leading national firm that is seeking a proactive Paralegal to join its expanding Recovery & Restructuring team in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to develop hands-on experience working with major financial institutions and lenders across a broad range of secured and unsecured recovery matters.

What you’ll do:
- Manage a portfolio of recovery and restructuring files through all stages
- Draft, prepare, and lodge a variety of legal documents and correspondence
- Liaise directly with clients via online portals and maintain accurate case records
- Communicate with customers to discuss repayment options and financial arrangements
- Collaborate with lawyers to progress matters efficiently through court proceedings
What you’ll bring:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a focus on accuracy
- Confident written and verbal communication abilities
- A professional approach when dealing with clients and sensitive financial issues
- Initiative, accountability, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work
- Previous exposure to recoveries, insolvency, or litigation is advantageous
- Law students are welcome to apply if they have at least two years or more remaining in their degree
