We are partnering with a well-established specialist law firm to recruit an experienced Family Law Partner or senior family lawyer ready to step into a leadership role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly regarded practitioner to work on complex family law matters while leading, mentoring and contributing to the continued growth of a specialist practice.
About the Role
This role will provide exposure to a broad range of family law matters, with key responsibilities including:
· Managing complex parenting, property and financial matters
· Advising high-net-worth individuals and clients with sophisticated legal issues
· Leading and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
· Building and maintaining strong client relationships
· Contributing to the strategic growth and leadership of the practice
· Delivering commercially focused and client-centred legal advice
About You
· Senior Associate, Special Counsel, Partner or equivalent with substantial family law experience
· Strong technical expertise across a broad range of family law matters
· Proven leadership or mentoring experience
· Excellent communication and relationship management skills
· Commercially minded with a collaborative approach
· Ambitious and motivated to play a key role in a growing practice
