Their Personal Injury team is known for handling a broad range of matters including workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accidents, public liability, and medical negligence claims.
The Role
As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload of plaintiff matters from initial consultation through to resolution. You will work alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment, with access to excellent resources and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal injury matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Advise clients on entitlements, procedures, and case strategies
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings where appropriate
- Maintain accurate file records and meet key deadlines
- Work closely with support staff and senior legal professionals
About You
- Admitted to practice as a solicitor in Australia
- 2+ years PQE (Personal Injury experience strongly preferred)
- Strong client service orientation and empathetic communication style
- Excellent legal drafting and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
