We are partnering with a well-established law firm to recruit a Personal Injury Lawyer (2+ PAE) to join its team in Sydney’s west. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-to-mid level lawyer seeking to advance their career in plaintiff personal injury law.
About the Role
The role will involve managing and assisting across a variety of personal injury matters, with key responsibilities including:
· Managing workers compensation, TPD and work injury damages claims.
· Drafting legal correspondence, advice and court documents.
· Conducting legal research and assisting with litigation.
· Preparing evidence and documentation for hearings.
· Maintaining professional and supportive client relationships.
· Collaborating with senior practitioners on complex matters.
About You
· Admitted solicitor in New South Wales with a current practising certificate.
· Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience in personal injury law.
· Previous workers compensation experience is essential.
· Strong legal drafting, research and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and client management abilities.
· Well organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
· Comfortable working independently and within a team.
