A dynamic legal team is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer with at least 2 years of post-admission experience to join its Sydney office. This role is ideal for a lawyer with strong client focus who thrives in a supportive, service-driven environment and is looking to build expertise across workplace injury, motor accident, and public liability claims. Working closely with senior practitioners, you will manage your own caseload while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Manage a diverse range of personal injury claims, including workers compensation, work injury damages, motor accident, and public liability matters
· Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand case details
· Research and analyse relevant laws, regulations, and past cases to develop strong legal strategies
· Prepare and file all necessary legal documents, including claims, pleadings, and motions
· Instruct counsel and negotiate with insurance companies to achieve optimal client outcomes
· Represent clients in court proceedings, including mediation, arbitration, and trials
· Provide regular updates and support to clients throughout the claims process
· Maintain detailed records and documentation for each case
About You
· Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience in personal injury law
· A current NSW practising certificate
· Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
· Compassionate and client-focused approach
· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
· Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented culture
