About You
- A current NSW Practising Certificate (essential)
- 2–3+ years PQE in plaintiff personal injury law (pre-admission experience considered)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- A meticulous eye for detail and a strategic mindset
- Confidence to run matters independently, while thriving in a team-oriented culture
- A genuine passion for advocacy and a client-first approach to legal service
