What you’ll be doing:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the legal team
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with external stakeholders
- Assist with compiling briefs to counsel and experts
- Organise and manage legal documentation and correspondence
- Open, close, and archive client files, maintaining accurate records
- Carry out general administrative duties as required
What you’ll bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a legal assistant or administrative role
- High attention to detail and strong document preparation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and phone manner
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
