About the Opportunity
Our client, a highly respected and well-established law firm specialising in Personal Injury Law, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Paralegal to join their teams in Sydney or Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional looking to build their career with a firm that values both client advocacy and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and court documents
- Conduct legal research and compile evidence and supporting materials
- Manage and maintain case files with strong attention to detail
- Liaise with clients, medical experts, and third parties on behalf of solicitors
- Prepare briefs to counsel and assist in hearing and settlement preparation
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all documentation complies with court requirements
About You:
- 1–3+ years of paralegal experience, ideally within personal injury or plaintiff law (but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and court systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal practice management systems and MS Office
