Our client, a leading law firm based in Parramatta, actively seeks a Property & Commercial Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience. Seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Managing a variety of matters primarily in Commercial and Property Law, including:
- Property: Sale and purchase of properties, off-the-plan sales, leasing, termination of strata schemes
- Commercial: Purchase and sale of businesses, license agreements
- Corporate Law: Shareholders agreements, sale of shares
- Civil and Commercial litigation and dispute resolution
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Property and Commercial law
- Exceptional organisational skills and acute attention to detail
- Capacity to efficiently handle high volume caseloads
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team
