Our client, a well-established commercial law firm, is looking for a Property Lawyer (3+ years PQE) to join their expanding Real Estate & Construction team. You’ll work on a diverse range of property matters — from commercial and retail leasing to acquisitions, disposals, developments, and general property advisory.

What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, agreements for lease, deeds, and more
- Advise clients across leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and development matters
- Manage transactions and conduct property due diligence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, developers, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the team’s continued growth through commercial awareness and a solutions-focused approach
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years PQE in property law
- Solid experience across leasing, sales, and acquisitions
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify risk and deliver clear advice
