What You’ll Do
- Manage a range of property matters – Including sales, purchases, leasing, and development for both residential and commercial clients.
- Advise and guide clients – Provide clear, effective legal advice tailored to a broad client base, from individuals to businesses.
- Liaise with key stakeholders – Including agents, lenders, government bodies, and developers.
- Ensure compliance and efficiency – Oversee contracts, conduct due diligence, and manage transactions from start to finish.
- Contribute to practice growth – Help identify and pursue opportunities to expand the property law offering in the Newcastle region.

- An experienced property lawyer (3+ years’ PAE)

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property law
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage files autonomously
- Experience with PEXA and digital conveyancing processes preferred
