A well-established law firm is seeking a Lawyer with 2+ years’ post-admission experience to join its Property Law team in Toronto, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with property law experience to work across a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, with a particular focus on estate planning, wills and probate.
Working alongside experienced practitioners, the successful candidate will further develop their expertise in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Provide legal advice on residential and commercial property matters
· Manage property conveyancing and transactional matters
· Assist clients with estate planning, wills, probate and estate administration matters
· Prepare and review contracts, legal documents and property-related agreements
· Conduct legal research and apply relevant legislation and case law
· Maintain accurate file management and ensure compliance with legal practice standards and regulatory requirements
· Support senior lawyers while managing matters independently where appropriate
About You
· Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience in Property Law
· Experience in property conveyancing, transactions and related property matters
· Exposure to estate planning, wills, probate or estate administration
· Strong knowledge of property law principles, legislation and regulatory requirements
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
· Professional, ethical and client-focused approach to legal practice
· Experience using legal practice management systems and Microsoft Office
· Current Australian practising certificate
