With continued growth in their Brisbane office, an exciting opportunity is now available for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join their collaborative team.

What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, maintaining a polished and professional reception area.
- Manage incoming calls and messages with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate diary bookings, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
- Support other offices with ad hoc tasks, requiring strong communication and responsiveness.
- Assist with external errands including court filing, banking, and mail runs.
- Handle ordering and inventory of office supplies and promotional materials.
- Prepare and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring documents are archived properly.
- Support events with coordination of marketing materials and logistics.
- Assist with high-volume printing, filing, and general administrative overflow tasks.
Who You Are
- A motivated all-rounder with previous office experience in a professional services setting.
- Reliable and proactive – you anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks.
- Well-spoken with a professional phone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organised and adaptable – able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced office.
- Capable with Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
