With continued growth in their Brisbane office, an exciting opportunity is now available for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join their collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, maintaining a polished and professional reception area.
  • Manage incoming calls and messages with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Coordinate diary bookings, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
  • Support other offices with ad hoc tasks, requiring strong communication and responsiveness.
  • Assist with external errands including court filing, banking, and mail runs.
  • Handle ordering and inventory of office supplies and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring documents are archived properly.
  • Support events with coordination of marketing materials and logistics.
  • Assist with high-volume printing, filing, and general administrative overflow tasks.

Who You Are

  • A motivated all-rounder with previous office experience in a professional services setting.
  • Reliable and proactive – you anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks.
  • Well-spoken with a professional phone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organised and adaptable – able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced office.
  • Capable with Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
  • Someone who takes pride in contributing to the smooth daily running of an office.
