We’re recruiting for a standout national firm that’s breaking the mould of traditional legal practice. Their Restructuring & Insolvency team is growing fast, and they’re on the lookout for a capable, motivated lawyer with solid experience and a sharp commercial mindset.
This is an ideal move for someone with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience who enjoys front-end R&I matters — especially those that involve commercial strategy, distressed deals, and problem-solving at pace.
You’ll work across:
- Corporate restructures, refinancings and turnaround strategies
- Complex insolvency appointments and advisory
- Deals involving administrators, liquidators, lenders and boards
- Emerging work with distressed debt investors and funders
You’ll join a tight-knit and collaborative team, backed by a firm that supports autonomy, flexibility and doing things differently — without the internal politics.
About you:
- 2+ years’ PQE in restructuring and/or insolvency
- Commercially savvy and able to see the bigger picture
- Comfortable managing client relationships and advising across a broad range of issues
- Self-motivated and down to earth — someone who contributes to a strong team culture
