We’re seeking a technically strong and commercially savvy Senior Associate with 5+ years’ PAE to join our client’s Corporate & Commercial team. This role has a strong focus on international and domestic M&A, with a particular emphasis on cross-border matters.
What You’ll Do
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructures
- Lead transactions, from due diligence and negotiation to completion
- Navigate regulatory approvals
- Support international clients
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth
Who You Are
- A senior corporate lawyer with 5+ years’ post-admission experience in M&A and general commercial law.
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating acquisition documents and shareholder agreements.
- Confident managing FIRB applications and related regulatory processes.
- Exposure to cross-border transactions or clients is a strong advantage.
- Experience from a national or international firm preferred.
- Fluency or conversational proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- A clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
