We’re partnering with a leading national firm to recruit a Senior Associate with strong experience in Employment, Industrial Relations, and Workplace Safety.

managing significant cases, and mentoring junior lawyers in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing:
· Advising major employers on complex workplace issues, including executive employment, investigations, and incentive arrangements
· Representing clients in the Fair Work Commission, courts, and tribunals
· Drafting and reviewing complex employment contracts, policies, and transfer of business documents
· Managing high-value disputes and sensitive employee relations matters
· Building and maintaining strong client relationships through responsive and commercially practical advice
· Contributing to practice growth through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and business development initiatives
· Collaborating with partners and senior team members on firmwide strategy and client engagement
What we’re looking for:
· 5+ years PAE in Employment, Industrial Relations, or Workplace Safety law
· Strong background in complex advisory work, investigations, and executive employment matters
· Proven experience in employment litigation and dispute resolution
· Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
· Commercial mindset with a strong client service focus
· Collaborative and supportive leadership style with experience mentoring junior lawyers
· Enthusiasm for contributing to practice development and client engagement initiatives
