We are partnering with a highly regarded family law practice seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their team in Parramatta. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to take on a key strategic role, managing complex family law matters and delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Handle a diverse and complex caseload across divorce, parenting, property, financial agreements, and child support matters
· Provide strategic, clear, and empathetic legal advice and representation to clients from start to finish
· Appear in court independently as required, confidently representing clients
· Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through their legal options and supporting their decision-making
· Mentor and support junior lawyers and team members, helping them develop skills and confidence
· Contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice by attracting new work and bringing a proactive, strategic approach
· Ensure all work meets legislative, regulatory, and professional standards
About You
· At least 7 years post-qualification experience in a reputable Family Law practice
· Extensive experience in divorce, parenting, property settlements, financial agreements, and child support matters
· Strong client relationship management and business development skills
· Confident working independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex matters effectively
· Committed to providing exceptional client service and building lasting professional relationships
· Holds a current practising certificate in New South Wales
