We are partnering with an award-winning and rapidly growing family law firm to recruit an experienced Senior Associate.

About the Role
You will manage a diverse and complex family law caseload, working across parenting disputes, property settlements, financial agreements and divorce proceedings. The role offers genuine autonomy while being supported by experienced senior practitioners and a well-resourced team.
In addition to running your own matters, you will provide guidance to junior lawyers and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
· Managing family law matters from initial consultation through to resolution
· Providing strategic, commercially sound and practical advice to clients
· Appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
· Briefing and working closely with Counsel and external experts
· Drafting detailed affidavits, applications, consent orders and financial agreements
· Mentoring and supervising junior team members
· Maintaining exceptional client service standards
About You
· Minimum 4+ years’ PAE practising predominantly in Family Law
· Demonstrated ability to run files independently
· Strong advocacy skills with confident courtroom presence
· Experience briefing and collaborating effectively with barristers
· Excellent drafting skills and technical knowledge
· A genuine interest in mentoring and supporting junior lawyers
· Highly organised with strong time management capabilities
· Commercially aware and client-focused in your approach
