We are working with a highly regarded national law firm known for its top-tier infrastructure and energy practice. Their market-leading Construction and Major Projects team is seeking a Senior Associate to advise on complex front-end projects across the infrastructure, energy, resources and public-private partnership (PPP) sectors.

What you’ll be doing:
- Advising clients on front-end construction and project development across sectors including transport, energy, water, mining, and social infrastructure
- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts including EPC, D&C, O&M, PPP, supply and joint venture agreements
- Providing strategic legal guidance on project structuring and risk allocation
- Managing high-value transactions and leading client relationships
- Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- At least 5+ years’ PAE in front-end construction, infrastructure, or major projects law
- Experience advising on PPPs, EPCs, D&C contracts, or large-scale energy/infrastructure deals
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with strong attention to detail
- A commercially minded approach and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage complex matters with autonomy and lead client engagements
- A team-oriented professional with a proactive attitude toward mentoring and collaboration
