A well-established law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (4–6 PAE) to join its Personal Injury team in Raymond Terrace. This opportunity will see the successful candidate working across a broad range of plaintiff personal injury matters, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Public Liability and Workers Compensation claims.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury caseload from commencement through to resolution
• Liaise directly with clients and provide practical, timely and clear legal advice
• Prepare court documents, correspondence and legal submissions
• Attend court appearances, mediations, dispute resolution conferences and settlements
• Conduct legal research to support litigation and advisory work
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks
• Work closely with an experienced team on a broad range of personal injury matters
About You
• Admitted Solicitor in Australia with a current NSW Practising Certificate
• 4–6 years’ post-admission experience in Personal Injury and/or Litigation
• Strong knowledge of plaintiff personal injury matters and relevant processes
• Excellent negotiation, mediation and advocacy skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
• Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Professional discretion and sensitivity when handling client matters
