We are partnering with one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing Property teams, seeking a Senior Associate to join their Melbourne office. This is a rare opportunity to work on top-tier property matters, including complex commercial, industrial, retail, and residential transactions, acquisitions, bulk developments, and leasing arrangements. You will work closely with senior partners and play a key role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the team.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Leading and managing complex property transactions, acquisitions, developments, and leasing matters
· Advising on commercial, industrial, retail, and residential property projects
· Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers, contributing to their professional growth
· Building and maintaining strong client relationships with both new and existing clients
· Collaborating with partners and team members to deliver innovative, commercially-focused solutions
· Managing multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 4+ years PAE in property law
· Experience in property development and commercial transactions
· Transactional/commercial leasing experience acting for both landlords and tenants
· Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
· A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
