What you’ll be doing:
- Managing regulatory investigations and prosecutions under WHS legislation
- Advising clients on safety compliance, risk management, and incident response
- Handling complex litigation matters in various jurisdictions
- Engaging in business development initiatives and client relationship building
- Leading files autonomously while supporting the development of junior team members
- Collaborating across teams on multidisciplinary legal matters
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ PAE in workplace safety law
- Solid background in litigation, WHS, and regulatory compliance
- Exposure to employment law matters will be viewed favourably
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
- Client-focused approach with a commercial mindset
- Track record of building strong client relationships
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coach and mentor
