Nrol is delighted to present a rewarding full-time opportunity for an experienced Compliance Officer within the legal industry in the heart of Sydney CBD.
This is a permanent role, ideally suited for someone with 3-4 years of compliance or risk management experience. In this role you will work along side the head of compliance.
The Day to Day:
- Review and re-design of compliance reports
- Managing and conducting compliance audits
- Reporting on, investigating and developing proactive improvements with the business leaders for incidents and breaches
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Participant in the development and delivery of internal audit programs
- Provide regular compliance reporting
The Ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 -4 years experience in compliance within a financial services/legal role
- Knowledge of or participation in internal audit programs
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- An ability to work under pressure and an ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- A positive and energetic manner
- A well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Have attention to detail
