We are partnering with a highly regarded firm to recruit a Senior Lawyer with strong experience in project and infrastructure finance. What you’ll be doing:
- Advising on project finance transactions across the full asset lifecycle
- Drafting and negotiating complex financing and project documentation
- Managing diverse stakeholders including sponsors, financiers, and government entities
- Supporting transactions in renewable energy, transport, digital infrastructure, and social housing
- Leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
- Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice to major clients
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5+ years post-admission experience in project and/or infrastructure finance
- Proven experience in complex financing transactions – energy, infrastructure or resources sectors preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal leadership skills
- Genuine interest in energy transition and sustainability
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Team-oriented approach with a focus on mentorship and collaboration
- Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset
