We’re looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our client’s Sydney-based team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of personal injury claims and work closely with clients, experts, and internal teams to secure the best possible results. You’ll also guide junior staff and contribute to the future direction of the practice.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a diverse caseload – From motor vehicle accidents to public liability and workers’ compensation.
- Drive legal outcomes – Advise clients, negotiate settlements, and represent cases.
- Lead and mentor – Support the development of junior lawyers and paralegals.
- Collaborate with experts – Work with insurers, barristers, and medical professionals to build robust cases.
- Shape the practice – Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the team.
Who You Are
- An experienced personal injury lawyer – 5+ years PAE, ideally across a range of claim types.
- An analytical thinker – Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Client-focused – You build trust through clear, compassionate communication.
- A leader – You enjoy guiding others and fostering team success.
- Organised and efficient – You manage time and caseloads with precision.
Requirements
- Current NSW practising certificate
- Solid experience managing personal injury claims independently
