A growing personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join their team.
This role provides comprehensive support to the General Personal Injury practice and senior practitioners, ensuring smooth workflow, effective client management, and high-quality service.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Open, manage, and close client files efficiently
· Prepare, draft, and file court documents
· Correspond with solicitors, barristers, clients, and the Court
· Organise diaries, arrange appointments, and manage schedules
· Maintain a thorough understanding of litigation processes and procedures
· Support clients and ensure their needs are handled with care and sensitivity
· Prepare briefs for Counsel and assist with court appearances
About You
· Minimum 4 years’ experience as a legal assistant in personal injury law
· Strong client service orientation and empathetic approach
· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
· High-level written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Professional and courteous phone manner
· Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
· Passionate about personal injury law
· Confident and sensitive when dealing with clients
