Our well-known national law firm client, delivering high-quality personal legal services, is seeking an experienced Senior Property Lawyer with 5 years’ + post-qualification experience (PQE). This role involves managing a wide range of property law matters across the Greater Western Sydney region.
Role Overview
- Advise clients on a broad spectrum of property matters;
- Handle residential and commercial conveyancing from instruction to settlement;
- Draft and review contracts for sale, commercial and retail leases (representing both landlords and tenants), and related agreements;
- Conduct due diligence, including title reviews and conflict checks;
- Provide guidance on retirement village contracts.

- Proficient in using the PEXA platform;
- Strong drafting and legal analysis skills;
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members;
- Confident in independently managing legal files;
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities;
- A commitment to client service and a passion for helping others;
