A well-established and reputable plaintiff firm is seeking a Senior Solicitor with expertise in Comcare / Commonwealth workers’ compensation to join its growing practice. This opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in establishing and expanding a dedicated Comcare practice area, working closely with senior leadership while managing a specialised caseload.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage a caseload of Comcare / Commonwealth workers’ compensation matters from commencement through to resolution
• Provide clear, strategic advice to clients navigating Commonwealth claims
• Draft high-quality legal correspondence, submissions and court documents
• Liaise with counsel, medical experts, and key stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through a client-first approach
• Contribute to the growth and direction of the Comcare practice
• Work collaboratively with colleagues while also managing matters independently
About You
• Admitted Solicitor with a current practising certificate (NSW)
• Proven experience managing Comcare / Commonwealth workers’ compensation matters
• Strong litigation and file management skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing a practice area
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• High level of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail
