What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage and assist on a range of general liability and personal injury matters
• Act for domestic and international insurers across complex claims and litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, submissions, correspondence and legal advice
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on liability and risk issues
• Engage directly with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders
• Participate in mediations, conferences and court proceedings
• Assist in the management of sensitive claims matters
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and contribute to team initiatives
• Maintain high standards of client service and technical excellence
About You
• Admitted Lawyer in NSW with experience in personal injury, insurance litigation or sensitive claims matters
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a team
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
• Collaborative and proactive approach to client service
• Genuine interest in developing a long-term career within insurance litigation
• Motivated, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes
