A well-established and reputable compensation firm is seeking a dedicated Solicitor with 2+ years’ post-admission experience to join its expanding Personal Injury team. Working closely with senior practitioners, you’ll manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, public liability matters, workers compensation, and insurance/superannuation claims. What You’ll Be Doing
· Act on a range of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, public liability matters, workers compensation, and insurance/superannuation claims
· Manage files from initial consultation through to settlement or final resolution
· Prepare and review pleadings, Statements of Claim, evidence, and other court documents
· Conduct legal research and provide clear, strategic advice
· Manage negotiations and settlement discussions with insurers and opposing parties
· Attend conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings with clients and counsel
· Maintain consistent, transparent communication with clients to guide them through complex legal processes
· Contribute to knowledge-sharing and team initiatives in a collaborative environment
About You
· Admitted Solicitor in NSW with a current practising certificate
· Minimum 2+ years’ post-admission experience in personal injury litigation (motor vehicle accidents, public liability, or workers compensation matters advantageous)
· Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail and file-management capability
· Empathetic and client-focused, committed to achieving strong outcomes
· Collaborative team player with high ethical and professional standards
