An established personal injury team is looking for a Solicitor with 3–5 years’ post-admission experience to join their Sydney office. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse caseload of personal injury and workers compensation matters while delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will also play a part in enhancing practice processes and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Manage personal injury, workers compensation, motor vehicle accident, and public liability matters
· Ensure high-quality client care throughout the lifecycle of matters
· Identify and implement strategies to improve practice efficiency
· Draft, review, and settle pleadings, correspondence, and advice
· Conduct legal research and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
· Mentor and support junior team members
· Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and strategic insight
About You
· Admitted Solicitor in NSW with a current practising certificate
· 3–5 years’ post-admission experience in personal injury law, including workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability
· Proven file management and advocacy skills
· Strong client-facing, communication, and multi-tasking abilities
· Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team
· Diligent, professional, and detail-oriented
· Strategic thinker with an interest in building long-term client relationships and career growth
