An established and growing personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor with strong Workers Compensation experience to join its Melbourne CBD team. This opportunity is suited to a solicitor with 5+ years’ post-admission experience who is looking to continue building a long-term career within a collaborative and supportive environment. The role offers exposure to a broad range of personal injury matters with a strong focus on Workers Compensation, together with the opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners in a team that values autonomy, professional development, and client-focused outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage a portfolio of personal injury and Workers Compensation matters autonomously
• Provide practical, strategic, and client-focused legal advice
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and settlement materials
• Handle negotiations, advocacy, and dispute resolution processes
• Maintain regular client communication and build strong client relationships
• Work collaboratively with senior practitioners and support staff
• Progress matters efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and high client service standards
• Contribute positively to team culture and ongoing practice growth
About You
• Minimum 5 years PAE in Personal Injury including Workers Compensation matters
• Strong understanding of the Victorian workers compensation scheme
• Confident advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
• Compassionate and client-focused approach
• Ability to manage files independently and work proactively
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and positive team approach
• Genuine interest in long-term career growth and professional development
