We are partnering with an established and respected litigation practice that is seeking a motivated Solicitor with 2+ years PAE to join its Personal Injury team, working across Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Workers Compensation matters. What You’ll Be Doing
· Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, with a focus on MVA and Workers Compensation claims.
· Prepare and draft legal documents, statements, and correspondence.
· Engage with clients, medical and expert witnesses, treating practitioners, insurers, and counsel.
· Attend conferences, mediations, and hearings as required.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records and timesheets.
· Collaborate closely with senior practitioners and contribute to team objectives and client outcomes.
About You:
· 2+ years post-admission experience in MVA or Workers Compensation law (plaintiff-side experience preferred).
· Strong motivation to build a long-term career in personal injury litigation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic client manner.
· Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
· The ability to work effectively both independently and within a supportive team environment.
· A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
