  • Collaborate with down-to-earth, high-performing colleagues in a team that values fun, ambition, and mutual support
  • Access flexible working, professional growth opportunities, and tailored wellbeing programs
  • Benefit from inclusive leave policies and a supportive culture built on respect and equity
  • Offices designed for collaboration, connection, and learning
  • Participate in pro bono legal work and be part of a values-driven culture

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting senior lawyers across a range of property development transactions
  • Working on leasing matters, primarily tenant-side, across diverse sectors
  • Gaining hands-on experience in sales, acquisitions, and project development
  • Managing files under supervision with increasing autonomy as your skills grow
  • Contributing to a team culture that values curiosity, initiative, and collaboration
  • Supporting clients with professional, practical advice throughout each transaction

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of landlord/tenant leasing and general property transactions
  • Ambition to work on more complex development matters and grow your skill set
  • A team player with a professional attitude and a genuine interest in people
  • Confidence to manage tasks independently and collaboratively
