What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting senior lawyers across a range of property development transactions
- Working on leasing matters, primarily tenant-side, across diverse sectors
- Gaining hands-on experience in sales, acquisitions, and project development
- Managing files under supervision with increasing autonomy as your skills grow
- Contributing to a team culture that values curiosity, initiative, and collaboration
- Supporting clients with professional, practical advice throughout each transaction
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of landlord/tenant leasing and general property transactions
- Ambition to work on more complex development matters and grow your skill set
- A team player with a professional attitude and a genuine interest in people
- Confidence to manage tasks independently and collaboratively
- Admitted to practice in NSW and hold a current practising certificate
