We’re partnering with a well-established specialist firm in Sydney that is looking to grow its Recovery team.
This role is ideal for a driven solicitor with 1–3 years’ PAE and a passion for banking, finance, or property law. If you’re looking to work in a structured, high-volume environment where your commercial thinking and attention to detail are valued – this could be the right move for you.

What you’ll be doing:
- Drafting legal documents across banking and finance recovery matters
- Managing a high volume of litigation files with autonomy
- Representing clients in court, including advocacy work
- Providing legal analysis and staying across developments in relevant legislation
- Supporting junior lawyers with legal research and mentoring where required
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and process improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years’ PAE and admission to practice law in Australia
- Background in banking, finance, property, or litigation highly regarded
- Strong legal research, drafting, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with volume-based work and following structured processes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Interest in expanding your skill set within the banking and finance sector
