We are partnering with a leading Banking & Finance practice in Melbourne, seeking a Solicitor or Senior Associate to join their Securitisation and Debt Capital Markets team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, market-leading transactions across securitisation, derivatives, structured products, hybrids, and debt capital markets. You will collaborate closely with senior team members and work with a wide range of clients, including major banks, financial institutions, regulators, and corporations.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Advising on securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives, structured products, and hybrid transactions
· Drafting and reviewing transaction documents, public disclosure materials, legal advices, and other key documents
· Supporting complex financial transactions with technical and commercial guidance
· Building strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service
· Staying up-to-date with developments in the banking and finance sector and contributing to team knowledge
· Participating in business development initiatives and internal/external professional development programs
· Collaborating with team members across practice areas to deliver innovative solutions
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in Banking & Finance, with either general expertise or a strong interest in securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives, structured products, or hybrids
· Strong analytical, drafting, communication, and technical legal skills
· Commercial awareness and curiosity, with a drive to stay current on sector developments
· Commitment to building client relationships and contributing to team success
· Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing environment
· Enthusiasm for professional development, business development, and mentoring within the practice
