A highly regarded taxation team in Sydney is seeking a Solicitor with 2–4 years PQE to join their practice.
You’ll work on challenging and complex tax matters across a wide range of transactions, providing timely, commercially focused, and cost-effective advice to clients.
The role involves collaborating with other practice groups including M&A, Banking, and Funds Management, and advising domestic and multinational corporates, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Advise on complex tax matters across corporate, banking, funds, and high-net-worth client work
· Draft opinions, letters of advice, information memorandums, and agreements with precision
· Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver seamless client service
· Support and contribute to business development activities
· Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
About You
· 2–4 years PQE in taxation within a reputable environment
· Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
· Proven ability to work effectively in teams
· Commercially minded, client-focused, and proactive
· Ideally, experience advising clients in the banking, financial services, or funds sectors
