Your Day-to-Day Will Include
- Managing a diverse caseload of Victorian workers’ compensation (WorkCover) matters from start to finish.
- Providing strategic legal advice and guidance to injured workers.
- Drafting legal documents, preparing briefs, and negotiating settlements.
- Representing clients at conciliations, conferences, and hearings.
- Working closely with legal assistants, colleagues, and barristers to achieve strong client outcomes.
What You Bring
- 2–8 years PAE in personal injury law, with a focus on WorkCover or workers’ compensation claims.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and deliver compassionate, clear legal advice.
- Strong technical and procedural knowledge of the workers’ compensation scheme in Victoria.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A collaborative mindset – you’re someone who contributes positively to team culture and performance.
